Ember Assembly is a hospitality studio. We develop, shape, and give voice to properties that have something rare inside them. Places built around genuine experience, meaningful connection, and the kind of warmth that makes guests feel they have arrived somewhere that was always meant for them.
We work across the full arc of what a hospitality property needs to become. From the earliest questions of identity and story, through the design and experience decisions that bring that story to life, to the words, images, and frameworks that share it with the world. Everything we do flows toward one outcome. A property that is completely itself, and completely compelling because of it.

The most memorable hospitality properties are not the most polished ones. They are the ones that feel like something. Like a place with a genuine point of view, a real history, a world that exists whether or not anyone is watching. We start every project by going looking for that world before we touch anything else.

Experience as the product
Rooms, rates, and amenities are the container. Experience is what fills it. We believe the properties that endure are the ones where every detail, from the first piece of content a guest encounters to the moment they leave, has been considered as part of a single, continuous feeling. That feeling is the real product. Everything else serves it.

Genuine connection
People do not return to properties because of thread counts or views. They return because of how a place made them feel. Connected to themselves, to the people they were with, to something larger than the everyday. We build toward that feeling deliberately and without pretence, because it cannot be manufactured and it cannot be faked.

More is rarely more. The properties we admire most know what they are and resist the pressure to be everything to everyone. We bring that same discipline to our work. Every element we add must earn its place. The founder's vision
Behind every great hospitality property is a person who saw something others didn't. Who felt the potential of a place before it existed and held onto that feeling through every obstacle the process threw at them. Our work is never to replace that vision. It is to understand it deeply, honour it completely, and help bring it to the surface in a form the world can feel.

Revenue as a result
We are not romantic about the commercial realities of hospitality. A property that cannot sustain itself cannot fulfil its purpose. But we believe that the surest path to the revenue a property deserves runs directly through the depth and clarity of its identity. When guests understand what a place is and feel what it offers, the right price becomes obvious. To them and to you.
